سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

At Impress, we want you to be satisfied with your order.

As our products are food items, opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are unused, sealed, and in their original condition and packaging, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Kuwait.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, spoiled, or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order details and photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

This policy is subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its Executive Regulations.

نظراً لأن منتجاتنا مواد غذائية، لا يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات بعد فتحها أو استخدامها أو استهلاك جزء منها

يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات غير المفتوحة خلال 14 يوماً من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن تكون غير مستخدمة، ومغلقة، وبحالتها وتغليفها الأصلي، وذلك وفقاً لقوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها في دولة الكويت

في حال استلام منتج تالف، معيب، أو مختلف عن المنتج الذي تم طلبه، يرجى التواصل معنا مع تزويدنا بتفاصيل الطلب وصور المنتج، وسيتم اتخاذ الإجراء المناسب سواء بالاستبدال أو استرجاع المبلغ

تتم إعادة المبالغ المستردة، بعد الموافقة عليها، من خلال وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد تختلف مدة ظهور المبلغ حسب البنك أو مزود خدمة الدفع

تخضع هذه السياسة للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في دولة الكويت، بما في ذلك القانون رقم 39 لسنة 2014 بشأن حماية المستهلك ولائحته التنفيذية
