Welcome to Impress. This website is operated by شركة امبرس لتجارة الجملة والتجزئة (“Impress”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is an error in pricing, product information, availability, suspected misuse, fraud, or any other legitimate reason.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method where possible.

Prices

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). We may change prices, promotions, discounts, or product availability at any time before an order is completed.

A pricing or technical error displayed on the website does not obligate us to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, packaging and information are accurate. Minor differences in appearance, colour, packaging, or presentation may occur.

Product images are for presentation purposes and may vary slightly from the delivered product.

Promotions

Promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions, availability, minimum purchase requirements or expiry dates. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Kuwait.

Estimated delivery time is normally 1–3 business days, subject to location, order volume, holidays, availability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery details and address information.

Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply where an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or the customer's unavailability.

Food Products

For health and safety reasons, opened, consumed, damaged-after-delivery, or improperly stored food products may not be eligible for return or exchange except where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrect, unsafe, or where return or replacement is otherwise required under applicable Kuwait law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right provided under Kuwaiti law.

Intellectual Property

All branding, artwork, photographs, packaging designs, text, logos and other website content belonging to Impress may not be reproduced, copied or commercially used without our written permission.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, Impress will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent authorities and courts of Kuwait.

باستخدام الموقع أو إتمام أي طلب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط والأحكام.

الطلبات

تخضع جميع الطلبات لتوفر المنتجات وتأكيد الطلب.

نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في السعر أو بيانات المنتج أو توفر المخزون أو الاشتباه في إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال أو لأي سبب مشروع.

وفي حال تم تحصيل قيمة طلب تم إلغاؤه من قبلنا، تتم إعادة المبلغ المستحق إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى كان ذلك ممكناً.

الأسعار

جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدينار الكويتي.

يجوز لنا تعديل الأسعار والعروض والخصومات وتوفر المنتجات قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

وفي حال وجود خطأ واضح في السعر أو خطأ تقني بالموقع، فلا يعتبر السعر الخاطئ ملزماً للشركة.

المنتجات

نبذل جهداً معقولاً لضمان دقة الصور والأوصاف والمعلومات المتعلقة بالمنتجات.

قد توجد اختلافات طفيفة في اللون أو الشكل أو التغليف أو طريقة العرض، ولا تعتبر هذه الاختلافات عيباً في المنتج.

العروض

قد تخضع العروض الترويجية لشروط خاصة أو مدة محددة أو كمية متاحة أو حد أدنى للشراء.

ولا يجوز الجمع بين أكثر من عرض إلا إذا تم ذكر ذلك صراحة.

التوصيل

التوصيل متوفر حالياً داخل دولة الكويت.

المدة المتوقعة للتوصيل هي عادة من يوم إلى 3 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف حسب المنطقة وحجم الطلبات والعطلات وتوفر المنتجات والظروف الخارجة عن سيطرتنا.

مسؤولية العميل

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال رقم الهاتف والعنوان وبيانات التوصيل بشكل صحيح.

وقد يتم احتساب تكاليف إضافية لإعادة التوصيل في حال تعذر التسليم بسبب بيانات غير صحيحة أو عدم توفر العميل للاستلام.

المنتجات الغذائية

لأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة، قد لا تكون المنتجات الغذائية المفتوحة أو المستهلكة أو التي تم إتلافها أو تخزينها بصورة غير مناسبة بعد الاستلام قابلة للاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، إلا في حال وجود عيب أو تلف عند الاستلام أو تسليم منتج غير صحيح أو في الحالات التي يوجب فيها القانون الكويتي الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

ولا ينتقص أي بند في هذه الشروط من الحقوق الإلزامية المقررة للمستهلك بموجب القانون الكويتي.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع الشعارات والتصاميم والصور والتغليف والمحتوى والعلامات التجارية الخاصة بإمبرس محمية ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها تجارياً دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة.

القانون المختص

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص الجهات والمحاكم الكويتية المختصة بأي نزاع يتعلق بها.
